My goal is clear: to play any song I like on the guitar. When I was young, my parents sent my older brother and me to a children's guitar group. He absolutely loved it; I, on the other hand, hated it. I was simply too small, the guitar too big, the strings too tough. I couldn't even read or write, only sing along. Perhaps it wasn't a total waste – maybe some things stuck – but the experience certainly didn't spark joy. Instead, it blocked me for thirty years. Now, decades later, something has shifted. I have a good musical ear, I can sing decently, and I have rhythm. And for the first time in a long time, I can also play the guitar. There's a long road ahead, but the most crucial step has been taken. I've finally begun this journey.
